How old?
Harper is 2 months old! I wish we could slow down time but every stage with Harper is just so much fun.
Size?
Her 2 month appt. was on her 2 month birthday and she weights 11 pounds and 8 ounces. She is also 22 inches long. She is getting so much bigger. The doctor was very happy with her weight and height and said she is a very healthy little girl.
Sleeping?
She is still waking up every 3 hours to eat. This mama is her daddy are so worn out from waking up so often in the night but anything for our little Harper. We are praying that she starts to sleep better soon.
Eating?
My sweet little girl isn't starving for food. She is getting super chunky so we know she is getting lots of good milk. We are still just breastfeeding. Harper never bottle feeds. In fact, we don't even own bottles.
Size of Clothes?
Harper is in 0-3 month clothes and size 1 diapers. If it wasn't for her height, she would still be in newborn clothes. I am thinking it won't be long until we are in 3-6 month clothes and size 2 diapers.
Harper Likes:
- Snuggling and being held! It is no wonder it is hard for mommy to get things done throughout the day. I am not complaining though… Snuggling up on the couch with my Harper is the best thing ever.
-Bath Time, Car Rides, and Being Naked!
- Baby Einstein toy that she lays under. She loves it! (This was an early Christmas Present)
Harper Dislikes:
- She hates getting dressed and we learned this past month that she doesn't like shoes. I bought her some moccasins and she kicked them off.. She is a girl so I am going to have to train her that shoes are fun and cute.
-Shots!! We learned that this past week when she went in for her first round of vaccines. It was awful for everyone involved.
- She still doesn't like getting into the car seat and when we do tummy time she doesn't last longer than a couple minutes.
We love you sweet Harper! Happy 2 months baby girl!
